Ephikacy was founded in 2007 by two business partners and friends with diverse health care business experience, who saw a need for healthcare marketing innovation.

Paul Fitzpatrick
Paul heads up the business development efforts for Ephikacy. With more than 15 years experience in business and technology consulting and executive positions in sales and marketing, Paul brings a diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit to Ephikacy. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Jim McIntyre
Jim leads Ephikacy’s client services area, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, creatively, on time and within budget. With more than 20 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, Jim has a deep understanding and appreciation of the industry’s unique challenges and needs. His first job out of college was working as a sales representative for Abbott Laboratories in New Haven, Connecticut. He now works closely with brand teams at the country's leading pharmaceutical companies to help them achieve their marketing goals. Jim received his Bachelors of Science degree from Fairfield University, and studied International Business at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
